Mission Statement

The purpose of LifeWay fellowship is to fulfill the purpose of the Church and the Great Commission as a covenant community.  LifeWay believes that the declaration in Ephesians 3:10 that God's purpose is "now, through the Church, to reveal the manifest wisdom of God" means that the Church is God's agent and vehicle not only for proclamation of the "good news," but also demonstration of kingdom living and God's shalom, living the very life of the body of Christ.  The church is more than a temple of worship or evangelistic center; it is a living center, a healing household, which, through communion and its resulting covenantal relationships, becomes the reconciling agent of God to dispense His grace, salvation and peace to a hurting mankind.
